Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a candidate to coordinate building and infrastructure (BI) maintenance and support, working with DIS, DSTA, the IFM Contractor and other stakeholders to ensure BI readiness and reliability. The role involves supervision, testing, and planning to establish a sustainable BI upkeep regimen.

The ideal candidate has engineering or facilities management education and at least 5 years of facilities maintenance experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and management.
• Technical knowledge of BI systems and their operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and management of BI systems.
• Manage on-site supervision and verification of contractor work.
• Conduct testing and inspection of BI works to ensure standards are met.
• Issue work and service orders and accept completed work.
