Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to manage infrastructure maintenance and finance processes, ensuring facilities remain operational and audits are handled efficiently to support training needs.

You will drive end-to-end financial transactions, asset inspections, and proactive stakeholder engagement to maintain compliance and enable smooth defence operations across units.

Qualifications

• Audits readiness and remediation actions controlled
• Maintain infrastructure via regular inspections
• Understand and execute infrastructure finance procedures
• Guide teams on finance processes and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Prepare unit for annual infrastructure and logistics audits
• Account for unit infrastructure in annual requirements
• Liaise with Integrated Facilities Management for maintenance
• Process end-to-end infrastructure financial transactions
• Track purchase requests, orders, and goods received
• Guide unit personnel on finance procedures and processes
• Prepare unit for annual finance audits and remediation actions
