Job summary

AIS-HILL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and building projects from conception through defects liability. You will coordinate design, tendering and construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and work with authorities to secure approvals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, 5+ years' experience, and familiarity with PSSCOC and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architecture (or related building discipline).
• Minimum 5 years project management experience for building or infrastructure projects above $5 million.
• Familiarity with PSSCOC guidelines.
• At least 2 years in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases from pre-project planning to DLP.
• Coordinate design, tendering, and construction activities.
• Lead risk management and ensure regulatory approvals.
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders for approvals.
• Ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.
