Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager for infrastructure and system integration projects.

This permanent role requires leading cross-functional teams and delivering on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications, strong client-facing skills, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure/system integration.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas if required.
• Singaporeans only (local hiring constraint).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements.
• Lead and manage the project team.
• Interpret contract and extract essential information to facilitate objective fulfilment with the project team.
• Identify all contractual system requirements and deliverables and manage timelines for designs and reviews.
• Analyze and define project materials and services for cost optimization and risk management.
• Coordinate resources including project team members, sub-contractors and customers to meet objectives.
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing.
