Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is searching for an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and building projects in Singapore from concept to handover. The role covers pre-project planning, design management, construction oversight and defects liability period, with a focus on meeting schedule, cost and quality targets.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and ensure timely procurement and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architecture/Engineering related field.
• 5+ years of practical project management experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Familiar with PSSCOC and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and develop a comprehensive scope.
• Manage workflow, timeline, and ensure milestones are met.
• Lead design, tender, procurement and approvals processes.
• Oversee Stage I–III design, construction and changes, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure DLP documentation, risk management planning, and audits.

Education

Civil & Structural Engineering degree

Architectural/B.E. or Engineering degree mix
