Job summary

ckmbt international pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to support delivery of a major infrastructure development project in Singapore.

The successful candidate will manage project execution, contract administration, progress monitoring and coordination with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, at least 12 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project management or major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications and approved schedules.
• Administer construction contracts, including assessment of Variation Orders, Extension of Time applications and contractual claims.
• Review contractors' work programmes, progress reports, method statements and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve project and contractual issues.
• Conduct and attend project progress meetings, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, progress reports, assessment reports and recommendations.
• Monitor construction quality, project milestones and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, defects rectification and project close-out activities.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior project personnel.
