Qualifications

• Experience managing public sector projects in Singapore.
• Active project management certificate (PMP or CITPM).
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN/Internet/Voice/Video infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Knowledge of Singapore government regs and PDPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and maintain projects within time, scope and cost.
• Plan schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management.
• Manage issues affecting scope, schedule and cost.
• Oversee integration of hardware, software, and data migrations.
• Monitor project finances and forecast costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure service levels and smooth transition to operations.
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and gov't regulations.
