Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Industry Solutions Architect - Solution Engineer to lead pre-sales advisory in Energy & Utilities, Education and Real Estate, translating business objectives into actionable recommendations and accelerating deals. You will be a trusted advisor, coordinating across teams to deliver differentiated solutions aligned with customer value.

You will work with senior executives, shape roadmaps, and present compelling Salesforce and partner solutions, while traveling occasionally

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise organisations in Energy & Utilities, Education and Real Estate to understand challenges and goals.
• Work with customers as trusted advisor to understand unique challenges and goals.
• Build relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and concepts aligned to business value.
• Coordinate and lead the solution cycle with internal and external resources.
• Articulate Salesforce benefits to wide range of stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Present Salesforce and partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Partners to address regional priorities.
• Demonstrate initiative and deliver high-quality results for internal and external customers.
• Participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
• Proven track record in development and delivery of differentiated solutions and presentations.
