Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a seasoned network professional to support Enterprise Networking, focusing on Cisco and multi-vendor environments across APAC. You will handle incidents, perform level 2/3 troubleshooting, and contribute to secure architectures.

The role covers 24/7 operations on standby, SLA adherence, and collaboration with vendors and customers to deliver permanent resolutions, with emphasis on ITIL practices and detailed change planning.

Qualifications

• CCNP or ACCP or equivalent certification preferred, with 7+ years in network/security.
• One additional certification such as Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto or F5 is an advantage.
• Familiar with ITIL principles (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Management).
• Proficient in incident reporting and RCA for outages.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and customers during outages; guiding junior staff.
• Hands-on Operations/BAU fixing production issues; strong L2/L3 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes and SOPs for Support Templates.
• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to shorten resolution time.
• Extensive Cisco experience; familiarity with Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Resolve complex network issues with swift workarounds.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply fixes.
• Work in 24/7 operations with monthly standby shifts.
• Meet SLAs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Escalate Enterprise Networking issues; perform Level2/3 troubleshooting.
• Document changes and update network diagrams.
