Logicalis Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior ICT Security Engineer to safeguard multi-vendor enterprise networks, lead incident response, and drive secure architectures across Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and Aruba ecosystems.

You will upgrade devices, perform vulnerability mitigations, maintain documentation, mentor junior staff, create knowledge base articles, and ensure SLAs. A CCNP/ACCP or equivalent and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in network, wireless and security technologies.
• Certifications such as Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto or F5 preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change, Problem and Service Management.
• Experience collaborating with vendors during outages and guiding junior staff.
• Hands-on enterprise networking operations with multi-vendor products.
• Strong packet analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic scripting in Python, Perl or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead incident response with the team and vendors to reduce resolution time or provide workarounds.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to fix software issues and keep the environment secure.
• Handle Level2/3 troubleshooting and hardware field replacement works for customers.
• Maintain and update security documentation and SOPs for network changes.
• Create knowledge base articles for complex network issues.
• Mentor L1/L2 team members on technical issues and best practices.
• Embed security principles into system architectures to mitigate new risks.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and address advisories promptly.
• Ensure SLAs are met and coordinate with customers on incidents and changes.
