Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in software development, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Experience in developing or implementing HR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and translate HR/business requirements into system solutions.
- Knowledge of secure coding, access control, and data protection
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and maintain software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.
- Develop the system in line with security standards, HR requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure secure coding, access control, and protection of HR data.
- Test and implement system changes and enhancements.
- Translate business and HR requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain source code and technical documentation.
