Job summary

SASCO Senior Citizens’ Home is seeking a proactive Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training & Development) to drive the organisation's people development and learning culture efforts. This permanent role, based at Labrador Park MRT, supports training initiatives and workplace shaping.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with benefits. You will coordinate programmes, liaise with trainers and providers, track records, and support grants and people development activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to training and development.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong planning, coordinating, organisational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including mandatory training, and developmental courses.
• Facilitate training and development programs to support team growth and leadership capability.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
• Track training attendance, completion, and training records.
• Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable.
• Prepare training evaluation reports and maintain learning documentation.
• Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Culture & Engagement, driving employee experience through feedback surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
