Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HRM, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development, or HRM.
• Experience supporting workforce, learning, career development, or talent management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and working across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of learning and capability-building initiatives aligned to organisational priorities and workforce needs.
• Support the development, implementation, and integration of competency frameworks across talent, learning and other HR processes.
• Design and implement career development initiatives that support employee growth, mobility and career aspirations.
• Analyse workforce and capability data to generate insights that inform workforce planning and capability development strategies.
• Partner stakeholders to deliver integrated workforce and capability development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and capability development initiatives, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Keep abreast of emerging workforce, learning and HR trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
