Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Finance, HR, IT or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or consulting with end-to-end project delivery.
• Proven experience delivering HR transformation, HRIS, or Workday projects in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and enterprise HR systems (implementation, integration, migration, testing, data).
• Knowledge of HR domain plus regulatory exposure (CRS, FATCA, PDPA).
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation in banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing technology and operational solutions for HR transformation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology and transformation projects within scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives.
• Manage projects involving Workday/HRIS platforms, including implementation, enhancements, integration, migration, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with HR, Technology, Operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project stakeholders, expectations, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Lead project governance activities: investment approvals, steering committees, working groups, status reviews.
• Oversee project scope and change requests, assessing impacts on timeline, cost, resources, and HR operations.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues; drive timely resolution across teams.
• Coordinate implementation plans across HR, Technology, Operations, and external vendors/SIs.
• Support HR process and system transformation to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure IT governance, data privacy, and banking policy compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Track and report progress, risks, issues, and milestones to HR leadership and governance.
