Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced HCM consulting and solutions leader at Manager/Senior Manager level to support growth of a Vietnam HR technology consulting practice. The role is highly client-facing and commercially focused, combining HCM expertise with account management, business development and delivery oversight.

You will work with senior client stakeholders on HR transformation priorities, shape solutions and develop long-term relationships, while identifying new opportunities,

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in enterprise HCM, HR technology, consulting or HR transformation.
• Experience with enterprise HCM solutions in consulting, technology services or SI.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and engaging with executives.
• Strong understanding of HCM transformation and business objectives.
• Experience in client development, pre-sales, solutioning, proposals and commercial discussions.
• Track record of growing accounts and developing new client relationships.
• Experience leading complex enterprise HCM programmes across regions.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops and executive presentations.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing client requirements, feasibility, delivery and outcomes.
• Experience developing consulting teams and collaborating with sales, consulting, technical and delivery stakeholders.
• Experience with major enterprise HCM platforms is advantageous.
• Vietnamese and English communication with local and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders including CHROs and HR leaders.
• Lead conversations around HR transformation and workforce solutions translating challenges into tech-enabled solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective enterprise clients.
• Own pre-sales and solutioning activities including discovery sessions, proposals and RFPs.
• Partner with clients to understand strategic priorities and develop broader transformation solutions.
• Grow key accounts across HCM implementation, transformation and managed services.
• Lead executive workshops, stakeholder meetings and strategic client discussions.
• Provide senior oversight across complex HCM transformation programmes.
• Take ownership of scope, resources, timelines, commercials, risks and client satisfaction.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering market insights across HR technology and digital transformation.
• Support development of HCM consulting capabilities in Vietnam through mentoring consultants.
• Build relationships with HR technology ecosystem and strategic partners.
• Contribute to growth in Vietnam through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
