Profile Executive Search partnered with a healthcare services organisation to hire an Enterprise Technology Lead – HR & AI Transformation. The role defines and executes a multi-year HR technology, AI and digital transformation roadmap to deploy AI, automation and modern HR tech that improves productivity and employee experience.
Responsibilities include defining 2–3 year strategies, driving AI adoption across HR, shaping enterprise HR technology architecture, and partnering with senior leaders
Qualifications
- Proven track record in HR technology, enterprise technology or digital transformation within large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise technology roadmaps, with strong exposure to AI and HR digitalisation.
- Deep understanding of enterprise HR technology architecture and governance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 2–3 year HR technology, AI and digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions across HR to improve productivity and data-driven decision making.
- Shape enterprise HR technology architecture, including platforms, integrations, data, security and governance.
- Partner with senior HR, Digital, IT and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and measurable business value.
- Lead HR technology transformation initiatives and build the capability to support the digital agenda.
