Job summary

Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive/Manager, HR Service, to lead HR services for MOE employees, including trainees, covering service conditions, benefits and professional development.

You will manage HR operations, review policies, provide expert advice, and partner with stakeholders on policy reviews and implementation, while engaging line managers to enable effective HR management across the Ministry.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure good standard of delivery of HR services, including case evaluation and management
• Review and implement HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce
• Perform the role of subject matter expert for desk functions, and provide advice on HR matters
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in policy reviews, implementation and administration
• Engage and advise line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry
