Job summary

Ministry of Manpower is seeking a Senior Manager / Principal Manager, HR Policy to shape and implement HR policies that support the workforce and organisational priorities. You will collaborate with MOM and Public Service stakeholders to translate workforce trends into practical policy solutions and ensure alignment with Whole-of-Government frameworks.

The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to navigate a dynamic public sector environment and deliver policy
