Job summary

Ministry of Education in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive/Manager, HR Service, within the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, to oversee HR operations for service conditions, benefits and professional development of MOE staff.

You will review HR policies, provide SME-level HR advice, and build strong partnerships with policy stakeholders while guiding line managers in effective HR management across the Ministry.

What the role is:

As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for MOE employees (including trainees).

What you will be working on:

• Manage HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure good standard of delivery of HR services, including case evaluation and management
• Review and implement HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce
• Perform the role of subject matter expert for desk functions, and provide advice on HR matters
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in policy reviews, implementation and administration
• Engage and advise line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry
