Job summary

Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Human Resource Officer to assist the Office Manager in establishing and maintaining the Company HRMS, covering recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

You will bridge management and staff, ensure compliance with government and authority requirements relating to Employment and employees’ welfare, and support HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Certified IHRP Professional or higher
• At least 5 years HR experience in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, establish and maintain the Company HRMS while ensuring staff comply with HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, advert placement, shortlisting, interview scheduling, contract preparation and orientation.
• Manage training needs, schedule internal/external trainings and maintain training records; handle CET submissions for BCA registration and training reimbursements.
• Administer foreign employees’ work passes, including applications, renewals and terminations.
• Maintain staff details in ERP registry and monitor manpower quota.
• Manage staff welfare, grievances, discipline, probation, performance evaluations and staff development sponsorships.
• Facilitate HR appraisals and preparation of Workman Compensation claims.
• Plan and organize Company events and update staff job descriptions and IMS records.
