Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee daily HR operations and handle payroll, work pass administration, and policy development.

You will assist the HR manager, manage onboarding to offboarding, coordinate hiring plans, attendance, leaves, training, and statutory submissions, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply.
• Assist the HR manager to oversee HR Department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Payroll related matters.
• Work pass administration such as applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
