Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, employee records, and work-pass administration.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with Singapore employment requirements and to improve HR processes and workflows. This role requires hands-on experience across recruitment, payroll, and HR documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience independently managing a broad range of HR functions, including payroll and employee administration.
• Practical knowledge of Singapore employment requirements, CPF and MOM work-pass processes.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage deadlines independently and respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Handle the full payroll process, including fortnightly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF and salary submissions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer leave, attendance and other HR documentation.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and related foreign-worker administration.
• Coordinate employee medical checks, training records and other statutory HR requirements.
• Support employee relations matters and prepare appropriate disciplinary documentation when required.
• Review and improve HR processes, systems, digital employee records and internal workflows.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, forms and documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
