Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll and HR administration in a Singapore-based role. You will handle job postings, screening, onboarding, staff records, leave and attendance, as well as work-pass applications and compliance with MOM rules.

You will collaborate with senior management, maintain HR policies and SOPs, and drive process improvements across digital records and workflows to support an operational workforce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience independently managing a broad range of HR functions, including payroll and employee administration.
• Practical knowledge of Singapore employment requirements, CPF and MOM work-pass processes.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage deadlines independently and respond with urgency.
• Comfortable supporting an operational workforce and working directly with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Handle the full payroll process, including fortnightly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF and salary submissions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer leave, attendance and other HR documentation.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and related foreign-worker administration.
• Coordinate employee medical checks, training records and other statutory HR requirements.
• Support employee relations matters and prepare appropriate disciplinary documentation when required.
• Review and improve HR processes, systems, digital employee records and internal workflows.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, forms and documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
