MUIS Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura invites a capable HR professional to lead sector-wide HR policy development, salary benchmarking, and competency initiatives across the Madrasah, Mosque (2M), and ILHAM sectors. The role aims to strengthen the Asatizah workforce, ensure competitive compensation, and build a sustainable, future-ready religious sector.

You will work on benchmarking exercises, develop implementation plans, prepare stakeholder briefings, and serve as secretariat for HR clusters,

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in HRM, Business Admin, Public Policy, or related discipline.
• Experience in secretariat support or statutory/regulatory affairs.
• Experience liaising with government agencies and community stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and review sector-wide HR policies and compensation frameworks.
• Manage salary benchmarking exercises and data gathering.
• Prepare circulars, implementation plans, and stakeholder briefings across 2M and ILHAM; support CSG 2.0/3.0 planning.
• Serve as Secretariat for Mosque HR Cluster Panel meetings; liaise with internal stakeholders across 2M and ILHAM.
