Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join the Human Resources team. You will manage recruitment, contract administration, and HR compliance, partnering with managers to attract and onboard talent while ensuring accurate processing of contracts and Code of Conduct matters.

You will contribute to updating policies and processes, maintain meticulous documentation, and proactively communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage HR processes and drive improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; familiarity with HR systems (Workday/HRP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for full-time, project, and intern roles.
• Process contract extensions, emplacements, and retirement cases; manage communications.
• Process staff Code of Conduct declarations and update HR policies.
• Support other HR projects and explore AI tools to improve processes.
