Job summary

FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR & Administration professional to drive end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, tax submissions, and leave management.

You will also lead recruitment, vendor coordination and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll operate across ESG and corporate governance matters, manage work permits, insurance programs, and support strategic initiatives from headquarters and local management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Accounting qualifications beneficial.
• 3–5 years in HR, preferably in a compact corporate setting.
• Experience with monthly financial month-end closing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations lifecycle: payroll, tax submissions, leave management.
• Oversee recruitment from sourcing to terms, including interviews and references.
• Recruit through postings, direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain HR records and company policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, organizational policies, and governance.
• Administer work permits, government grants, and compliance surveys.
• Coordinate audits, marketing, and insurance-related tasks with stakeholders.
• Oversee group and corporate insurance portfolios.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding sessions for employees.
• Prepare HR reports and benchmarks as needed.
• Manage online recruitment platforms and social media for talent acquisition.
• Support strategic initiatives from HQ and local management.
• Execute corporate governance responsibilities and maintain documentation.
