Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to operations or generalist work.
• Proven experience in salary benchmarking, market analysis, and annual increments.
• Familiarity with performance appraisal processes and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research using surveys and reports.
• Support compensation reviews, salary adjustments, increments, promotions, and internal movements.
• Prepare salary comparisons and analyses for hires and existing staff.
• Review salary ranges, job grades, and compensation structures for internal equity.
• Coordinate the annual performance management cycle and calibration exercises.
• Guide managers on performance management timelines and documentation.
• Monitor completion of performance reviews and follow-ups.
• Support payroll administration and resolve payroll queries.
• Assist recruitment activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
