Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated HR professional to join as Senior/Executive, HR (Operations).

You will support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations, maintain records, develop dashboards, and analyse workforce data to drive process improvements and digitalisation initiatives. This 1-year contract offers exposure to HR transformation projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Economics, Informatics or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Experience with Power Automate and data visualisation tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations, employee-related matters and administrative activities.
• Assist with HR processes and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of HR records and documentation.
• Prepare, consolidate and enhance HR reports, dashboards and workforce data analysis.
• Analyse large datasets to identify HR trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, digital solutions and process optimisation.
• Support the implementation of HR projects, transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve HR workflows, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
