Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for a Senior / Executive, HR Operations on a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will support day-to-day HR operations and assist the HR Business Partner with reporting and data analysis.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, supporting HR transformation initiatives, and preparing reports from large datasets.
Qualifications
- Min. Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Economics, Informatics or related field.
- Min. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience with Power Automate / data visualisation tools preferred.
