As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead daily HR operations, optimizing workflows to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs, manage budgets, and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Establish and refine HR policies to align with evolving business needs and Singapore employment standards (MOM).
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, attendance, and grievance resolution to maintain high engagement.
• Structure and review compensation models and job grading to maintain market competitiveness.
• Champion HR digitalization initiatives, leveraging AI and technology to streamline HR systems.
• Execute strategic HR projects and provide operational advisory to management as required.

Requirements:

• A degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of HR experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices; supervisory experience required.
