HAROLD EXPRESS, an electronics distribution company with a footprint in China and Hong Kong, is expanding to Singapore and seeking the first HR hire for the new office.

You will own the full HR lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS management—ensuring smooth operations and adherence to local labour laws. Immediate or short-notice candidates are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Must have broad, hands-on HR experience across the full spectrum of functions.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and payroll practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding when required.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolve conflicts and drive retention and morale programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR practices follow local laws and regulations.
• HR Operations & HRIS: Maintain accurate employee data and manage HRIS.
