Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for Finance and management.
• Assist recruitment by sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support onboarding, orientation and offboarding activities.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
