Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end payroll for site-based and head-office staff. You will verify timecards, process monthly salaries, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing statutory filings, payroll reconciliations, and handling exits. The role collaborates with site HR teams and contractors to maintain accurate payroll data and resolve employee queries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory contributions and filings, including PF, ESI, WPS, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and preparation of detailed monthly payroll reports.
• Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to validate attendance records, manpower deployment, and labour utilization reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee queries and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with site HR teams, project managers, and contractors to support smooth HR operations.
• Track labour movement, absenteeism, and attrition trends across sites and prepare management reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
