Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a 1 Year Contract Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services to support Onboarding, Offboarding and onsite-related activities. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly.

You will assist in reviewing and implementing policies, work with HR Business Partners, handle onboarding/offboarding tasks, and strive to deliver services that meet SLA and KPIs while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
• IT savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
• Organised, meticulous and proactive.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with ’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
