Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Group Shared Services. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and onsite activities, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery and compliance with policies.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to provide value-adding HR services, maintain HR systems, and monitor SLAs and KPIs. Office hours in a government healthcare context are noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Experience in Govt healthcare sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, and programmes.
• Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver value-adding HR services.
• Administer HR functions relating to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Enhance on-site experience for new hires and leavers during onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure services comply with policies and relevant legislation.
• Deliver HR activities meeting SLA and KPIs within HR Group Shared Services.
• Maintain HR systems accurately per procedures and standards.
