Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Support professional for a 1-year contract in Singapore West. You will assist policy development, onboarding, and offboarding processes while coordinating with HR Business Partners to deliver value-added HR services.

The role focuses on maintaining compliant HR operations, improving the new-hire experience, and ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met within Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource or any relevant field
• Min. some HR experience preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and implement HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with policies and comply with legislation.
• Deliver HR activities that meet SLA and KPIs within HR Group Shared Services.
• Maintain HR systems accurately based on procedures and standards.
