Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Senior Executive Assistant in HR Shared Services to support onboarding and offboarding for client healthcare organisations, under a 1-year contract. This role reports to the Manager and Team Lead and will work within our outsourcing team in Singapore.

You will help develop policies, deliver HR services, and ensure processes comply with SLAs, KPIs, and applicable laws, while handling high-volume activities with care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, especially in the healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Able to commit to contract duration: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Partners and staff delivering HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions for Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding/offboarding stages.
• Ensure services align with policies and comply with legislation requirements.
• Deliver HR activities meeting SLA and KPIs within HR Shared Services.
• Maintain HR systems according to procedures and team standards.
