Job summary

SingAuto Inc. in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to support our local team and regional growth across Asia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee HR operations, and ensure compliance with MOM requirements.

You will handle employment pass applications, maintain policies and HR systems, and partner with department heads to align workforce planning. The role offers exposure to the electric vehicle industry and opportunities to grow with a developing international business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of HR experience in Singapore, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in automotive, EV, commercial vehicles or manufacturing preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and work pass procedures.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR operations and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑orientated and able to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave administration and payroll coordination.
• Handle employment pass applications, renewals and cancellations in compliance with MOM requirements.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook and HR systems.
• Support employee relations, performance management, staff engagement and workplace matters.
• Coordinate workforce planning and hiring needs with department heads and management.
• Prepare HR reports and support regional HR coordination, including Malaysia and the UAE where required.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal policies.

Requirements
