Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations to support business growth and regional coordination in Singapore and abroad. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, maintain HR records, payroll coordination, MOM pass processing, policy updates, and stakeholder engagement across Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4-7 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore with ability to work independently.
• Experience in automotive, EV, commercial vehicles, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass procedures.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Oversee HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Process employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in MOM compliance.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Support employee relations and manage workplace matters to improve staff engagement.
• Coordinate workforce planning with department heads to align staffing with business goals.
• Prepare HR reports and assist regional HR coordination including Malaysia and UAE.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal policies.
