Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist for a manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, training and employee relations, and implement HR policies aligned with business needs.

The role requires 5+ years of full-spectrum HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, and regional exposure. Willingness to travel regionally and support cross-border HR initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, manpower plans and HR strategies.
• Lead annual performance appraisal, promotion and salary increment exercises.
• Provide HR guidance across Singapore HQ, Malaysia and Batam, Indonesia.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and regional HR practices.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Support Singapore HQ administration and other HR projects as required.
• Travel regionally when required.

• Position: Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist, Manufacturing
• Location: Kallang Place, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Salary: S$5,000 - S$6,000 per month, commensurate with experience
• Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
• Industry: Manufacturing / Rubber Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, manpower plans and HR strategies aligned with business requirements.

• Travel regionally when required.

Requirements

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and general HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Regional HR exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Candidates without prior manufacturing or regional HR exposure may still be considered if they possess strong generalist HR experience and are able to adapt to a regional operational environment.
