Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM work pass regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, HR administration, and general office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection and onboarding to secure qualified talent.
  • Administer Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations to ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR documentation to support data integrity and reporting.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Support payroll administration, leave management and employee benefits processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Coordinate employee training, certification renewals and learning and development activities to promote workforce capability.
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisals, organizing employee engagement activities and implementing HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and company HR policies through regular monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare HR reports, employment letters and other HR-related documentation to support management decisions.
  • Manage general office administration including procurement of office supplies, facilities management, asset tracking and administrative records maintenance.
  • Liaise with government agencies, training providers, vendors and service providers on HR and administrative matters to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and provide general administrative support to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times to protect privacy and data security.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management to support business needs.

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the Company's human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, work pass administration, training coordination, office administration and HR compliance.
