Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Data Processing Coordinator to support data entry for new hires, maintain staff records, and assist with updates in SAP SuccessFactors.

You will support onboarding and in-service teams during busy periods, handle access provisioning, and cover duties when colleagues are away, ensuring smooth operations.

A minimum diploma in HR or related fields is required, with prior SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Operational & Team Support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
