Job summary

Charles & Keith Group is seeking a capable HR professional to partner with business leaders and employees within a designated business unit. You will act as the primary contact for people-related matters, advise line managers on manpower planning, development, grievances, and disciplinary actions, and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or in related discipline(s).
• At least 3 years of related work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources preferred.
• Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legislations.
• Effective communicator, enjoys meeting people and able to build strong collaborative relationships across business teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately and be responsible for accurate and timely hiring reports.
• Manage HR operational duties such as preparation of employment contract, work pass administrations, maintenance of employee data and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of HR services.
• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employer branding and employee experience.
