Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
Partner with hiring managers on workforce and recruitment needs.
Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements.
Build talent pipelines and utilise multiple sourcing channels.
Develop JDs, screening questions and interview guides.
Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines and recruitment metrics.
Lead programs which deliver workplace efficiency and agility in the workplace.
Partner with and build the capability of the managers to motivate and develop people, and manage all aspects of employee performance to drive a culture characterised by care and respect and accountability for performance.
Collaborate across the broader HR network to collate, analyse, develop, implement and review HR information, policies, programs and strategies to best meet the requirements of the organisation based on the 3 year strategic plan
Work to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and effective management of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, grievances, performance management, performance improvement process such that possible conflict potential is identified quickly and early and thus possible escalations are ideally avoided in advance.
Work with managers on talent retention strategies- to attract, develop and retain the right employees
Drive performance review for units, ensuring discussion of strengths/weaknesses including a development plan respectively including training needs of talent in units.
Contribute to operational direction of the business portfolio, leading process and performance improvement programs aligned with the strategic plans.
Actively drive and sponsor workplace initiatives aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion programs and suite of initiatives to drive diverse culture, diverse leadership.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records.
Ensure HR processes are carried out consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards and workforce updates as required.
Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders on onboarding, employee movements and other HR processes.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned with People Director, SEA
A successfully completed relevant degree (Human Resources, Business Administration)
At least 5 years of working experience
