Job summary

The Salvation Army in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and workplace injury insurance management. The role covers statutory compliance, HR operations, and analytics within a 44-hour work week at the Singapore Regional Headquarters.

You will liaise with insurers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders while maintaining HRIS records and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience; at least 5 years payroll administration experience.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll, compensation and benefits, and insurance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes and annual salary review processes.
• Handle Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA) matters and liaise with insurers and medical providers.
• Ensure statutory compliance: CPF, AIS, IR8A, government paid leave, and other submissions.
• Support HR operations from onboarding to offboarding and maintain HRIS records.
• Prepare monthly HR and manpower reports and analytics.
