The Salvation Army Singapore is seeking an Assistant Human Resource Manager to partner with the Head of HR in delivering strategic and operational HR services, ensuring timely support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance.

You will oversee daily HR operations, maintain records, drive workforce analytics, support audits, and lead projects to enhance engagement and efficient HR service delivery in a regulatory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6-8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in employee relations, compensation & benefits (payroll) and performance management.
• Prior experience in social service, non-profit, healthcare, or education sector would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
• Review, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures and workflows.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular management reports and analytics.
• Support audits and ensure HR records are compliant.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance management framework and development plans.
• Coordinate training programmes and learning initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and assist in payroll processes.
