Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience across HRBP, talent acquisition, workforce management, or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle, with recruitment, ER, performance management, and planning.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering with leaders to provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning with hiring managers to support business needs.
• Workforce Management including manpower planning, budgeting, and HR analytics.
• Employee Relations & Engagement to promote a positive workplace culture.

• HR Reporting & Analytics to generate insights for management decisions.
• Audit & HR Surveys involvement for compliance and reporting.
