Job summary

Confidential in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Manager to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, guiding on employee relations, performance and workforce planning. You will ensure compliant HR governance and drive HR policy implementation across all units.

You will lead transformation initiatives, support manpower planning and foster strong stakeholder relationships while maintaining confidential handling of sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in multi-outlet, retail, hospitality or fast-paced environments advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Tripartite guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Advisor to business leaders and line managers on a broad range of people-related matters.
• Guide managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and change management.
• Oversee HR governance, compliance and consistent policies across the organisation.
• Lead HR transformation efforts and continuous process improvements.
