Job summary

Persol in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, HR Business Partnering on a 1-year contract. You will partner with business units to deliver HR programmes across talent acquisition, engagement, communications, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities include policy guidance, performance management, reporting, and event coordination. A degree in HR/BA plus 6+ years of HRBP experience is required, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, business admin, or related field.
• At least 6 years of HR BP, talent acquisition, or employee engagement experience.
• Strong understanding of HR lifecycle and policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and align HR support.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and recruitment.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and organisational development.
• Collaborate with HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Prepare and maintain manpower, attendance, leave, and other workforce reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Manage programme logistics, venues, registrations, and events.
• Process administrative documentation and maintain records.
• Develop internal communications materials and newsletters.
• Assist in presentations, briefing materials, and HR documentation.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
