Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with key internal stakeholders, driving HR solutions that enable performance and growth in a dynamic Singapore market.

The role focuses on workforce strategy, organizational design, succession planning, and headcount optimization, while leading recruitment, onboarding, retention, and culture initiatives to support a diverse and high-performing organization.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor law, and mobility policies in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth.
• Contribute to workforce strategy, including organizational design, succession planning, and headcount optimization.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Identify skill gaps and design training for technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Support career pathing and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring future leadership pipeline.
• Benchmark pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentives competitive within industry.
• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across functions.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
